Things 'Yo Yo Honey Singh' Songs Taught Us

 

For those who don’t know, Hridesh Singh, oh I mean Honey Singh AKA " YO YO Honey Singh " (Seriously watdafuq is this YO YO? How can someone keep YO YO as their first name?) is the famous Indian rapper and music producer. Yes, YO YO also sing for the Bollywood movies. (You got that right!)

Disclaimer – I am not going to mention all the amazingly hilarious lyrics of YO YO's songs because they are so damn funny that it can literally cause stomachache and loss of breath. Also, I am not going to mention the controversial songs because this place is not for any cheap publicity. No offense to anyone or anything, this space is just for some light reading/fun/laughter.

YO YO's songs are quite informational and they kind of reflect the 21^st century generation in a very entertaining way. I mean, from three-year-old children to teenagers to young guys to eighty-year-old men are so familiar with YO YO's epic and some of the most inspiring songs (Really? Yeah, inspiring! Did you sense sarcasm here? Haah!) . Here are some of the things that YO YO's songs have taught us –

THE BIZARRE STYLE and ATTITUDE – YO YO has a bizarre, sometimes creepy sense of style. His appearance and attitude is so amusing that even our Desi heroines and heroes, the B-town biggies go gaga over him. (Awww, cho chweet! Really?!)

HOW TO BECOME LIKE USHER – Also, how can someone not admire those heavy/chunky metallic chains and quirky hairstyle of YO YO? And the typical Usher dance moves. Holy Guacamole, is that Usher? (Dude has got some real guts man! The Indian " Usher " huh? Close enough!) or maybe the evolved version of Justin Bieber?

" BOOZING " IS COOL – I don’t know who coined this term, but that is what you learn from his songs! What YO YO songs have basically taught us is that Drunk Girls are a must in a music video! Drinking Girls, are the basic USP of his songs! It's like a trend in Bollywood too now. (Drunk Girls, Drunk Girls everywhere!) Also the " Talli " guys are worth a watch in the videos!

HOW TO DO THE ' LUNGI DANCE ', EVEN WITHOUT A " LUNGI " – Well all you guys need to do is get some shutter glasses (Anna ke jaisa chashma lagake), coconut mein lassi milaake (WTF!), hoardes of dancers and the South Indian Superstar Rajinikanth - Thalaiva poster! You can dance with a Saree or a Tuxedo, even without a Lungi. And just say " Lungi Dance " 16 times and start dancing! There you go, Lungi Performer! YO YO!

 

BIKINI GIRLS FOR SOOTHING MEN’S EYES – YO YO's songs have the best Bikini Girls (Guys, you know what I mean!). He makes the music video especially to please guys with hot Bikini Girls dancing and grooving to his tunes! (Men will be men!)

HOW TO BECOME A PARTY ANIMAL – The Pool Parties, the Break Up Parties, Lounge Parties, Club Parties, Pub Parties, the After Parties, all kind of parties and any kind of party is what you will find in YO YO's music videos! Party animals, Party animals everywhere!

 

HOW TO MAKE THE CHICKS DANCE – YO YO's songs can make the Bollywood chicks dance too!! Let it be Deepika Padukone, Sonakshi Sinha, Sunny Leone and many more to come. The chicks just love dancing on his songs! (Party on their mind? Huh?)

HOW TO SING + ACT IN A MOVIE – Yes, YO YO has acted in a Bollywood movie and some Punjabi movies as well, apart from singing songs. " The Xpose " being his Bollywood debut was I really don't know how it was received? But, I have heard that his character was compared with the legendary actor " Pran ". (Holy Shit! Seriously? Compared with the amazing ' Pran ' ? How the fuck is that possible? Someone please shoot me!)

HOW TO SELL VODKA – I don’t think there is anyone who haven't heard this YO YO's " Chaar Botal Vodka " song!! This song literally tells how to sell the VODKA because the lyrics says, " Chaar Botal VODKA, KAAM mera roz ka. Na mujhko koi roke, na kisine roka. " The whole music video revolves around SUNNY LEONE and her amazing curvaceous body instead of Vodka. (So, that is how you sell Vodka!! ;))

HOW TO PARTY WITH THE " BHOOTHNATH " + THE GOLD-PLATED HUMAN SKELETONS – Okay, so you guys want to Party with the Bhoothnath? Great! Forget the great actor Amitabh Bachchan! There is something more interesting. Wanna party with the Bhoothnath?  Then, do get some Gold-plated human skeletons to dance for the After-party!(Creepy enough?) As I told you earlier, YO YO has got some real guts, he took the music video to another level by featuring the two most amazing Gold-plated human skeletons. (He should get a role in the next Scary Movie! I mean, come on!)
